New Kingston Cleaning was founded by Eric Smith in 2021 in the middle of the Pandemic. His goal is to provide the best cleaning services to customers in the Kingston, St. Andrew and St. Catherine areas.
His priorities are clear. Take are of the customer's property as if it is our own. On-time arrival. Cleaning until the customer is 100% satisfied. Prompt, courteous service with a can-do attitude. Don't make our customers work.
Want to work full time? Great! Want to work part time? Cool. Only available at certain days or on call? Fantastic! We have a position for you and your team. We will work around your schedule, because we understand that everyone has a life. When you apply with us, you will tell us what days and times you are available. The most important thing is to stick to the schedule.
Our payment system is simple. You get 50% of the fee of any job you do with the company. Why only 50%? We spend about 10% of marketing (google, facebook, etc), 20% on administrative fees (salaries, rent, utilities), another 10% on equipment and supplies, and finally another 10% on profits for the owners of the company. The 50% is shared between you and persons in your team.
You are responsible for your own transportation. Unless you have to go to more than one job each day. Remember, instead of coming to an office, you leave home directly and arrive at the customer's location. Clean Jamaica will provide cleaning supplies and equipment for you to use.
We do a payroll every week. Your payment will be transferred electronically to a bank account of your choice in Jamaica, or paid in cash. If you work full-time we will be responsible for payment your PAYE taxes. If you are a contractor, you are responsible for filing and paying your own taxes.
As soon as you complete the application someone will contact you for a telephone/whatsapp Interview. Depending on your experienece, there may be a period of some training. In any event, expect to go on your first job within two weeks of your application being accepted.
